Duties:

• Enroll cadets based on their physical fitness, medical eligibility, and document verification.
• Ensure the timely execution of all NCC activities.
• Actively participate in camps alongside cadets.
• Motivate and inspire cadets to aspire to participate in National-level camps.
• Instruct cadets to enhance their leadership qualities and provide civilian lectures.
• Attend NCC officer courses, refresher courses, and capsule courses for professional development.
• Collaborate with the battalion to facilitate the organization of camps, certificate examinations, and other related activities.

Responsibility

• Ensure that all cadets are prepared and qualified for the upcoming certification examination by sending them to the camp.
• Create a schedule that allows all cadets to participate in NCC activities without adversely affecting their academic studies.
• Provide comprehensive NCC syllabus training to cadets, including guidance from army staff and access to necessary equipment.
• Share all pertinent information received from the battalion with the college principal for transparency and coordination.
• Arrange for training sessions on the SSB (Service Selection Board) interview process, conducted by the Commanding Officer.
• Motivate and encourage students to consider a career in the Indian defense forces, instilling a sense of patriotism and dedication.
